Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on ALL orders of $99 and up, of new, direct-sale products including cables and accessories, to customers in the USA; including HAWAII and ALASKA. When permitted, if you purchase from outside the USA, your warranty service, if needed, must be done in the USA and shipping costs to and from Grado Labs is at the expense of the customer.
Customs and Tax:
If you are purchasing products and having them shipped outside of the United States there may be customs charges, taxes and other fees, please contact your local agency to get an accurate estimate of these charges. Any customs charges, taxes or fees will be assessed upon entry to your country and are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay.
Shipping and Delivery Details:
- In order to protect your purchase, there will be a signature required for delivery on all headphones.
- Please enter a telephone number so we can contact you if there are any issues during shipping.
- Please provide your full street address. We are not able to fulfill orders that have P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping Method:
We use many different carriers for shipping products purchased from Grado Labs. If you select an expedited shipping method you will have the option to select the carrier used, if you are accepting free shipping the carrier will be selected by Grado Labs.
We attempt to ship all items within 2 business days when possible.
International buyers are responsible for any customs charges, taxes or other fees owed upon entry to your country.
