Poor communication from Grado. I placed an order and received it a week later. Was not able to test or use the item because the part that I had was defective so I immediately contacted them to ask about a possible refund with no reply from Grado.
I love the range of my Grado cartridge as I mostly listen to Jazz LPs.
If I can give another star, I would. Grados the best
I've been using this Grado red cartridge on my Thorens TD160 MK1 with SME3009 tonearm and it's a match made in heaven. Wonderful sound and presence. Top Class
