This stylus made my Technics SL-5300 come alive. I can hear so much detail in the music now compared to the old setup.

Relatively inexpensive prestige carts (or vintage Signatures) can be updated with an 8MZ to a stupendously good performance. Highly sensitive to setup, needs burn-in, but boy does it sound great! Forget about hi-fi and listen to musicians in your room kind of performance!
